Food by the Tray

We sell food by the tray or half-tray for your party or event needs. Pricing below is for FULL trays. We need at least a week advance notice on all tray orders. Please contact us to discuss & we can help you decide how much you will need.

Pulled Pork

Our bbq pulled pork. Comes with standard size buns & sauces. Serves 50-55 sandwiches per full 20lb tray.

Smoked Chicken Leg Quarters

These come in 10 pound trays containing 10-12 full quarters

Smoked brisket

An 18 hour smoke makes this one a crowd favorite. A full tray serves approximately 25 people. Buns & sauces are additional.

Mac & Cheese

Everyone's favorite!!! A full tray serves approximately 40 standard size servings.

Coleslaw

Served cold. A tray serves approximately 40 standard size servings.

Baked Beans

Our bbq beans are a perfect pairing to any of our meats. A tray serves approximately 40 people.

Additional Items

Other items available upon request. Message us for details. Full catering is also available where we bring everything you need for your event down to the plates, drinks, and desserts. Just ask.

If you would like the food trailer brought to your event, party, or wedding, we can do that!!!

Food Trailer Service

500 + food costs

To bring the trailer & serve made to order for your event, we charge a fee for costs to bring it & then the food costs are additional. Each event will be different depending on your needs. You determine the menu to be served in advance & we prepare on site. This is the best option for weddings, large events, and any time you don't want to do any of the food prep or cleanup. Leave it all to us.

Burgers, hotdogs, and our fresh cut fries are also available in addition to the full catering menu.

***Food Truck Service must be booked a month in advance & availability is around our already scheduled events.
